Integrated Martial Arts & Fitness (IMAF) is proud to host the First "International Filipino Combat Championships" the Eskrima stickfighting portion of this incredible martial arts sporting event. The Filipino martial arts is diverse in nature incorporating a multitude of weapons - single and double stick (Olisi) , knife (baraw) and empty hand (mano mano) techniques.

The full contact stickfighting tournament is a way for the practitioner to test their skills and explore techniques to see what works and what does not. The emphasis is on stickfighting skills (both offensive and defensive). The rules are designed to ensure the safety of the competitors while giving them the opportunity control their opponent with proper striking techniques combined with effective defense and footwork.

Full contact stickfighting is physically demanding. This is a fight so make sure you are able to defend yourself and you train properly for this event.
