Completing the “Universal” Competitor Application: 1. Complete all personal information: please be sure to include height, weight, level and rank. This information may be used to determine placement during bracketing. 2.Disciplines: Please check all Disciplines you will be competing in. Please note that some disciplines/
events require a separate application. Those disciplines/events are not listed and do not need to be noted. 3. Enter Division Codes For all Events you are competing in. Division Codes are available on-line or can be
downloaded and printed. Each Discipline has its own list of division codes. Division codes are also listed
on each Championship’s information page. 4. Calculating the Cost: One or two (divisions) events is the same cost. For Each additional (division) event, after the first two, add the cost for an additional (division) event. Please note that the prices change depending on when you register! For example:If registering Before January 21 for 4 events :
First two events = $65.00
Events 3&4 = 30.00 ( 2 events x $15.00)
