Do you want to fight for Extreme Challenge North East? All Professional and Amateur fighters are required to fill out our standard Pro or AM fighter form. All Amateur Contestants are required to fill out the following forms: Amateur MMA phyiscal form (click here), Contestant Waiver (click here) and a Trainer Waiver (This waiver is one where the trainer writes on their letterhead giving permission to their fighter to compete in that particular event).
